Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Simply Connect Cards, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you’re entitled to cancel your order and request a refund in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Order Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s), without providing a reason.
To cancel your order, please contact us at simplynikahcards@gmail.com with your order number and request. We’ll then provide return instructions.
Refund Eligibility
We accept refunds as long as the item is returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Please note:
 • If the item has been opened or used, we will not be able to issue a refund.
 • This policy is in line with UK consumer protection regulations, which allow us to refuse refunds for items that have been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
Return Shipping
If you’re returning an item that is not faulty or damaged, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot refund items that are lost or not delivered.
Refund Process
Once we’ve received and inspected your return:
 • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
 • If the return does not meet our eligibility criteria (e.g., the product appears used), we will notify you and the item may be returned to you without a refund.
