All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Please note: During busier periods, such as holidays or promotional launches, processing times may be slightly longer — but we always aim to dispatch as quickly as possible.

We ship throughout the UK using Royal Mail services. Most orders arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch, depending on the delivery option selected at checkout.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide with Royal Mail’s international services. Delivery times vary by destination, but most international orders arrive within 5–15 working days.
